I warn everyone against the services of this Lady. Unfortunately, when it comes to money from people, the worst comes out ... We lost a lot of nerves and had to pay the office to get our own money. Very dishonest and inelegant attitude of the lady owner.
Our beginnings were difficult, but you gain from getting to know it better. :-) The cooperation turned out to be smooth. Professional service, Mrs. Irena, very meticulous and kind, helped even when signing the notarial deed. She also gave some useful tips from the heart. She also provided assistance after the transaction was concluded. Finally - I recommend it heartily. :)

I wanted to buy a building plot in Brzozówce near Toruń. Mrs. Irena showed me two plots next to me, at a price about 50% lower than the market value of a similar plot. I say: What is it? After all, there are all media, in the border of the plot. Maybe it is the fault that the neighbor has a tire vulcanization activity and you can hear the pneumatic pounding? I think that's not it. Mrs. Irena, seeing that a man hesitates, called the Lord who was selling the property next to me, and says something like:
- I know that cheap, but maybe we will sell, what?
At that time, I was dazzled because I looked up. I am talking to this lady:
- "You will finish this theater, I know why it is so cheap, traction passes, you look."
An energetic line was going through both plots.
The lady said she was digging into the ground. I was not willing to be lucky. Ms. Irena probably suffers from a mental illness because she behaves in a childish way towards her clients. It shakes at the sight of money!
I do not recommend! Very unprofessional service. I agree with Mr. Jaroslaw who also issued his opinions and noticed that Mrs. Irena behaves suspiciously. Makes the impression of a mentally unstable person :(
