My trip in Torun was almost perfect. Honestly I read a lot if good review about the food here. I confidently made a booking with my friend to go here and enjoy our steak night. However, out of my expectation, the Sirloin steak was really over rated. I ordered the Medium rare steak but the first time, it came out as Well. I might doubt that because of the hot stone so it cooked my steak so well. Then I asked to changes, but the second time, only my friend got medium rare, my steak is still Medium Well. I couldn’t finish the most expensive meal because the meat was too hard to chew and honestly the restaurant was so busy, I didn’t bother to ask the staff to change again.
The wine was really good, starter was good but only main dish was a terrible experience for me.
I have to say, the location is really nice, nice view and nice decoration but the food is a No for me. If I go to a restaurant, I expected to have a good food. Hope the restaurant can improve their food quality.
The very best place in the old market square of Toruñ. Honest cuisine and very good service.
Good food but slow service. Also it's high time they change the menu!
If you are in Torun it's a must to go place. Food and atmosphere are both 1st class. Been there in the evening and lunch time,both times enjoyed it.
