Over 2h of waiting for the food to arrive cold. The estimated delivery time was constantly prolonging. After leaving the opinion, of course, I received a call, but instead of a normal conversation, the gentleman approached the matter in a very disrespectful way, persuading that the food could not come cold and did not give a word of shouting over me. I was very disappointed with you, especially the way you talk to the client. I know that this is a "difficult time", as the interlocutor put it, but issuing an opinion adequate to the received order is not "impudent behavior". You were impudent behavior. And it was not me who first encountered it here, as I see.

Unfortunately, my experience with this restaurant has changed after today. I have ordered several times and have always been satisfied with the quality of the food and delivery. Today, unfortunately, I received the order cold, late and not tasty. French fries, all the fat, only fit in the basket. Hard roll, failure to adhere to comments when ordering about sauces (which was never a problem). Mysterious burger composition. When trying to explain the situation, I met with disrespect on the part of the employee. Disrespectful in the conversation, disrespectful tone, as if the problem was that I dared to call. In the times we have, every restaurant fights for the customer, as you can see, some do not care. It's a pity ... I don't recommend it from today.

Delivery time 2.5h and it was supposed to be 60 minutes ... The burger is very good, but the fries are embarrassing, soaked in fat and their amount is not too impressive for PLN 15 (fries with becon and cheese sauce). They don't answer the phone if you want to know when the order will finally arrive. I won't order any more

I will give 4, although it is close to 5. On the plus side, chickens are just rich in meat. In many places, when taking BBQ wings, you get bones and skin in a sauce. Here the supplier is at the highest level because we have plenty to dip our teeth into. For me, it is a great advantage with this type of dish. On the downside, too much salt and the waiting time is much more than average.

Overall tasty. All kinds of fries brilliant. Good quality meat or chicken. Burgers depend on your taste. The delivery does not take long and the waiting time on site is not too long (about 20 minutes for fries and burger)
