I bought Tommy shoes there. The shoes have just received a complaint for the 2nd time due to unsticking. The first complaint took a long time. It is very difficult to contact Distance with information about a complaint. I do not recommend !!!

The complete bottom, after 3 months, can be disposed of, the complaint is denied. No notification by email, rude service. While talking to the client, chewing gum and chopping it on all sides is a failure, especially since the 20-year-old kid talks to an adult man. Complete resentment and defeating work. Avoid wide arc.

Service at a low level. I was the only customer in the store. I came in, neither good morning nor help. Only after standing under the cash register did the lady who was busy stretching after such a hard change kindly approached me. And now the best pearls - shoes practically fell apart after two weeks. As an argument for the complaint, I briefly received the answer that I can't tie my shoes. I would like to meet this "appraiser" to tell me in the eye 😀 I don't recommend the shop very much - stay away from it.

Average shoes, no drops. Sometimes a gem can be found there but rarely. The service is very nice and covers the topic.
