The opinion is about the products, not the salon service. I bought 2 pairs of shoes - the winter ones have a bad heel, while the spring ones started to discolor after 2 weeks. I submitted both couples to a complaint and both complaints were not accepted. I was left with some uncomfortable shoes (because this type is so) and the other new ones that look damaged and neglected (I thought the company realizes that the shoes are a showcase at work, at least they advertise themselves as such a reliable and conscious brand - now I can see that it is unfounded). The company absolutely does not respect its clients and they have certainly lost at least 3 of them, to whom I presented the company's conduct. In addition, the hotline service emphasizes the level of the Wojas brand - I have not met such rejecting and unpleasant people for a long time. I definitely do not recommend it.
