Steer clear! Towqr is not refundable, they have the right to do so, but they inform that the customer has the right to exchange the goods for another (its equivalent or with an extra charge), after which it appears that after a few hours from the boss they receive the alleged e-mail that it is impossible because he gave such a command. They mislead people. It's hard to talk to someone competent because as they put it they are not decision-makers and a person who may not be able to contact. In addition, they sell bags for specific purposes, standardized as they have stated, and the standard on the market that appears does not match. A specific purpose bag is not suitable for it at all. I highly recommend it. This is not my first adventure with this store, if the first could be considered a coincidence and product defect, this time I became convinced that this store is not favorable to the customer, on the contrary. Congratulations on the customer approach policy. Even the one star above is far too much.

No possibility of returning the goods and recovering money, only exchange for another product, which they do not inform about when shopping. No gift cards. Poor service. I Bury. The quality of products is average, prices exorbitant.

The suitcase after literally several uses has deformed (deformed frame), not to mention rubbing the bottom surface. In response to the complaint, I received a statement that the suitcase was overloaded !!! (I didn't carry bricks in it, only clothes !!!). And the abrasions after a year of use are natural mechanical wear! Reading the answer to the complaint, I had the impression that the suitcases should be too fast, and not so brazenly used! Previous suitcases, purchased many years ago in the hall in Real for many years did not "have" abrasions and deformations. I DO NOT RECOMMEND shopping in this store, this quality can be found much cheaper in the hypermarket room.
