Overall, I rate Lidl very high. However, today Mr. Marcin working as a cashier and salesman was very rude. He did not pay attention to my requests and, what is worse, he entered into unnecessary discussions at times even rude. Therefore, today for upsetting me at this particular time, rating 1.

Some customers enter without masks and move around the store this way. Asking the store staff to intervene, the ladies are very rude and they refuse, the lady at the checkout raised her voice with indignation saying that they are not interested in it because it is a matter of everyone whether someone wears a mask or not. The irresponsibility and disregard of the staff in such an important matter, including the LIDL store, endanger the health and even life of customers.
