I needed an oxygen concentrator for my Dad, a friend told me to contact the BrandVital store, I ended up in Ksawerowo because I live quite close and it was really good advice. After good experiences from the store of this chain in Łódź at ul. West, I visited Ksawerów on Friday. I am just as satisfied, the service is well versed in the assortment, they know what and how with the refund, which is a big plus! I recommend :)
Very poor sales service. I ordered the goods online on Sunday. From Monday, the company lowered the price by PLN 300. Despite the completion of my order on Monday and my questions about the price reduction, the higher price was applied. There was no proof of purchase attached in the package !!!!! I had to remind myself, and the company does not answer phone calls. Service tragedy.
Thank you very much for your help. I did not think that the purchase of a spine brace would go so smoothly, and the pain was already giving me a hard time. Fortunately, I was advised a nice, convenient and all in all inexpensive product. A lot of relief. Thank you again :-)
Everything for a medal, I highly recommend :-). I needed a specialized rehabilitation bed for my grandmother, after talking with the store employees, I decided to rent for now, because I want to find out if my grandmother would suit the bed I chose. Grandma is practically lying person, so the most important thing for me was her comfort and convenience. It's nice that it is possible to own the bed, which we are currently renting.
