I do not recommend. Unfortunately, we have been deceived by the lady working in this store. We learned twice about the price of a shoulder brace for a two-year-old child and twice received information that it costs PLN 150 (once by phone on Saturday, the second time in person in the store on Monday). When it came time to issue the goods on the basis of a doctor's order (refund), the lady ordered to pay another 30 PLN. When asked about the reason for the price discrepancy, she explained that the stitching of orthoses for children is more expensive than for adults (interesting!). We paid an additional amount, because you know, the child's well-being is the most important thing, but after leaving the store, we checked the prices on the Internet - the orthosis, which in this store costs PLN 150-180 on the Internet, is available from PLN 100 and in every checked store it does not differ depending on size. Also, the attendant is lying in the face, preys on the misfortune of customers (which is especially vile for the misfortune of young children) and knowing that the orthosis is needed, she immediately increases the price when finalizing the transaction. Last time in this store.

I do not recommend it, the lady serving in such a shop should be more empathetic because she works with sick people. I was with my dad an elderly and sick person who needed diaper pants. Each of our questions irritated you and we are just starting our "adventure", so there are many questions and we do not know exactly what to ask. We completed the order at a nearby pharmacy, where the service was great.

The first meeting with the unsatisfying lady. The second approach is even worse. Goods are sold there for the sick and suffering - that's why a little bit of empathy, care and understanding is indicated. I'm disappointed, maybe other people working in this store are more obliging and kind, and I was unlucky.
