So I did, of course, I asked the seller to explain the whole situation to me, but unfortunately he did not have the courage to talk to me and the deputy manager also did not know how to explain the employee's behavior, he even had a grudge that I asked him to give a commission for pressing me insurance, which in fact was place and they want to make me crazy. Another seller, at my request, was to submit an application to me for 20x0 and unfortunately after a few minutes there is a response that the bank grants me a loan for 9 installments, and thus they are not 0% installments, he informs him that the bank guaranteed me a moment ago that will receive 0% installments. He doesn't know why it turned out like this, but he can't do anything about it. He understands once again he gives up the purchase and leaves. Not only that they applied 3 times, which should not be the case because I was in the shop 2 times, it is again not what I wanted. Well, I came back, but already to the manager, of course, the sellers who filled out the applications were wrong and the store manager could not explain the behavior of the employees to me. I am sure that she knew about the whole incident that took place and they certainly do so with the majority of customers who either agree to the costs or give up the purchase. This is overt scam and extortion, the height of insolence on the part of the sellers and store management. I have already wondered why they want to make purchases in installments with a 0% guarantee when I try to buy, I have additional costs and the sellers simply submit an application as they want, not as the customer wants it, they stretch our wallet and they make a piggy commission.
