The employee of the "Plus" point, the one with a gypsy complexion, is arrogant and unhelpful. He treats people as a necessary evil. I don't know why he is sitting there ?! You can't know anything from this gentleman. Gets away not to help! He's just poured out at the petitioner. I ask, what does he take the money for every month?
