The doctor deserves 5 but for those old babies who are sitting at the reception I would like to give 0 stars but it can't be done. After 3 hours of calling, a polite lady said that there is no time now and to call later and hung up. Is this how help in the National Health Fund looks like? Tomorrow I take papers and go to another clinic because it is a drama.

Tragedy. You cannot practically get to the 1st contact doctor. When booking by phone - the phone is busy or someone hangs up after connecting. On average, 50-100 calls can be made. The information you get is that there are no more places available. Steer clear of this place. I think organizational and administrative fault because nurses and doctors out of 5.

After using hormone therapy, I got a hemorrhage and asked my doctor what to do. .. The lady at the reception offered me a visit in a few days (with bleeding). Nightmare and lack of responsibility for someone's health ....

I recommend avoiding this place from afar. You try to call for over an hour and then at 8:30 in the morning you hear "we don't have free hours to visit anymore ..." This is a total failure, it is a pity of words and I am sorry that such places even provide their services. Even more so when you call a sick child whose condition has worsened at night. So what should I call the day before to take a seat ??? In addition, the ladies working at the reception are always dissatisfied, as if they were working there as a punishment. Zero kindness, zero empathy ... I felt more smile and understanding being on a visit with a dog at dr. Ejsmont .... In addition, the issue of pseudo parking ...

Unfortunately, you can't get through. A slightly better payphone would be enough. After 101 attempts to call from 2am in the morning I finally managed to connect only to find out that there are no places ... And tomorrow? Please call tomorrow ... pathetic. Time to change clinics.
