After a week of waiting for the packet with zero information, phone contact on my part because I probably would not wait for the response of the store. After a short conversation, ensure that the package leaves the same day. A few hours later a phone with information that they do not have what I ordered. I agreed to a replacement, then a few hours later an e-mail with the information that they did not have the next item that I ordered, and I would have to wait for this item until the next month. Everything at the time of ordering was available. Things that got cheaper according to the site, and the difference in the amount of the order nobody commented. I have not cut such a store for a long time. I strongly advise against. Defeat.

I honestly advise against. I ordered 4 products - shipping time given on the website is from 3 to 7 days. After about 2 weeks, I called there because there was no contact from the store about the progress of the order. I received information that the package will be sent within 2 days - I think OK, I'll wait. After the weekend, still no information, after another phone call I learned that one of the products is unavailable (this was not the case during the previous conversation). The lady on the hotline promised me that she would send me suggestions for substitutes - I did not get anything for 2 days, I chose myself, then I was given another assurance that the goods will be sent in the next 3 days. After that time I called again because I still didn't have the shipping information, only then I found out that the second of 4 products (which according to the site was available at the time of purchase) is not available. The package finally arrived after 26 (!) Days. I will add that each time I had to contact the store and ask about my order. Nobody talked to me alone. I wonder if anyone would finally take care of my order if it wasn't for my countless phones. This is the worst online store I've encountered, and I buy a lot online. They have a lot of products on the site, and when you order, it turns out that half of them are out of stock. It's not worth it, there are so many decent online stores that process orders efficiently and with professional customer service, but this one does not belong to them, so it's a waste of time and nerves.

I have been buying in it for a long time, starting from various less important small items such as scented candles, glasses, cups, pots for really large sets, e.g. table and chairs in our dining room, I could not find anything for my modernist style of the apartment, and here, a large selection, please, at a really low price! Not very cheaply and at the same time nicely composing the way I equipped the whole garden. :) I think that I saved a lot of money compared to market offers. In addition, I want to pay attention to the quality of the goods offered! Compared with what they offer at a similar price, heaven and earth. In addition, I can continue to use the wide range of the store during a pandemic without risk and leaving the house. Indeed, this virus may have slightly longer waiting for the shipment, but on other sites it is the same. So I understand the situations;) On every plane of our everyday life, through this confusion everything goes free! I also want to say that in the event of any mistake or changes in the order, I have never encountered a problem with contact. I have always reached the hotline or mobile number. There has never been a problem with email responses.
