Absolute stretching the law with complaints. Shoes from LASOCKI. After three months, the heels at the base began to crumble. Okay, I thought there are times, defective pair. Complaints submitted, replaced with new ones. The second pair is the same. Complaint again, this time cashback because the shoes are made of such low-quality materials that I have no doubt that in two months I will be advertising again. Surprisingly, they will repair the shoes, because neither the return nor the exchange pays off for them (Did they pay for it earlier?) They suggest replacing heels and soles. So what? Better date material, different heels? Are the same same low quality? Another thing is that the CCC does not train its employees on the basic principles of complaints. In the latter case, I have the right to withdraw from the contract without fail. But the employees of CCC in Biłgoraj don't know that ... it's a pity.
