Worst point ever I've ever tried to get things done. The service is sooooo nice. I paid the bill and then a letter comes to me to pay, it turns out that they took the money at the point but did not transfer the funds to Cyfrowy Polsat. Nothing can be done, they don't do that they don't deal with well, what's this point for? Do you want to resign? You get the answer that they don't do it at the point, no look, and at another point there is no problem. They should have shut it down long ago. I prefer to stand in a long line at the plus point, at least it's nice professionally and, above all, everything can be arranged. Embarrassment

In my opinion, this is the point that it is possible to settle ALL matters in it, and in fact it is not, and various letters must be sent to the head office, for example, by Polsat. I did not meet with anything like that at other points and I was in Orange where I wrote letters including the same as here and they were sent by fax, yes, nice service, they explained everything.
