The house, in the form of a suburban manor house, was built at the end of the 19th century and until 1939 it was owned by the same Jewish family. After the war, it was taken over by Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne and converted into municipal housing. In the 1960s, a general renovation was carried out, during which the manor house was transformed (e.g. the balcony in the southern elevation was removed). In 2016, a general renovation was carried out.
