The service was unpleasant and incompetent. It feels like the customer was a problem. It is only when we are interested in a credit or credit card that someone will take care of us. Due to lack of knowledge of the employee and (unintentional) uninformed me, I lost money. The director of this bank has been complaining about complaints. After 15 years, I moved everything (and my friends) to PKO BP where it gives 5 *
