I was served nowhere and never as unpleasant as today. After entering Pupil (I have a dog for the seasons of the year, so it was my second visit to this type of salon), I was warmly welcomed. After a serious accident, I entered the office on crutches, my son was taking care of the dog during my convalescence, allowing him to get tangled and long-haired breeds - that's why I showed up there. It didn't take too long, it started with showing what hairstyle I like on cotton. I heard that "it's not pretty" and the ladies will make me a practical hairstyle for which they will find time, because they don't have time for it. I didn't even have time to answer. I was even attacked by a scream. Then there were arguments that it is not feasible because the dog has too much tangles and the wrong coat - which I can agree to because the dog had a tangled hair, I asked to leave long hair on the tail and ears. It was already doable. Everything would have happened without a problem if it weren't for a lot of insults that I heard at that time. Together with the fact that my hands are functional and I was able to comb the dog, tears came to my eyes because two unpleasant ladies shouting at me did not realize what I had been through recently. I didn't raise my voice even once, I said two polite sentences. By nature, I am a nice person who loves people and animals, I was looking forward to it after many weeks of sitting at home and rehabilitation. This day was a nightmare. The lady owner started to jerk the dog and put a comb in it, showing that she would not comb the hair, yell at me and finally told me to give the dog back to her partner. The dog was frightened by their quarrel. The owners' partner grabbed her head, made faces and screamed that she did not have time for it and that she was about to have a new client. The screams at me (silent) lasted 20 minutes! I was so shocked that I was unable to defend myself against their attack. They didn't let me say a word. All I said was that when I came to the salon, I counted on friendly service and treatment, because I do not treat people like that, or my clients - because I also have a company. This stopped both ladies serving the lounge. And the firm words of my partner that if they do not want to advise us what we were hoping for and help us, we will just go because it is difficult to leave the dog in such an atmosphere. An employee or business partner apologized for the situation and provided the service. I will never go back there.
