After booking the kayaks in advance for 10:00 (15/08/2020), after arriving at the place, it turned out that there are no kayaks and the company "cannot guarantee when they will be available" and you have to wait at least 1.5 hours for them ... I would like to remind you that the kayaks were booked (for the longest route, so I do not know what time we should finish the trip? After dark, but I am not sure if it is safe ...). In addition, the men from the company joked with us in a rude way, for example when we asked when we should make the payment (whether before departure or after), we were told that we could pay twice that they did not mind and many other jokes that broke our ears. We found kayaks at our competitors and after leaving, we passed two men from the company who were also riding canoes. In general, I do not recommend this company for rude hosts without professionalism.

Professionally organized kayaking trips. Very nice service. After reaching the reservoir, Rudka was waiting for a car to take us to our cars. We booked our seats one day in advance and there was no problem. The only problem were life jackets, which were simply "smelly". The company could invest more often in replacing the kapok, or at least cleaning them frequently. Overall a great adventure, perfect for hot summer days. And the more often you swim, the better it turns out 😁.

While I have no objections to the organization of the trip, when it comes to transport from the agreed place - no professionalism. There is a bus arriving at the agreed place, adapted to too few people, you have to hug when you return to the parking lot. Upon drawing attention, the owner only made a rude remark. I do not recommend.

For several years I have been sailing with this company on hog and each time, depending on the water level, there are different and unforgettable impressions about the company, they are always smiling and competent, prepared to provide the service, advise where to eat, where to get off, explains everything and additionally very comfortable kayaks and I swam also others also fully deserved positive hold

Despite the earlier telephone reservation of the kayaks, we had to wait for the kayaks after arriving at the place (finally, after about half an hour, we went to a competing company where we were treated professionally, others waited over 1.5 hours), the service was unpleasant and all questions were treated lightly. I advise anyone interested and I am not surprised that there are no queues to this company.
