The ladies in the bank have no idea. I wanted to close my account and receive some information regarding my payments. I live abroad, so I don't use a passport. Unfortunately, as many as 2 ladies in the bank viewed my passport as if it was something from another world and then they realized that they could not consider the passport as an identity document. The passport, which entitles you to travel around the world in Alior bank in Miechów is an unknown document. Fortunately, I was able to close my account by post. I advise you to teach people from a bank or to hide someone overtaken.

I think that the branch is not bad in itself, but people whose level of knowledge is embarrassing are working here. While in Turkey, I was blocked from access to the currency exchange account, because the SMS codes were sent with a long delay and I entered the wrong order (not important). In any case, my friend decided to go to the bank and call me from a messenger to hand over to the operating lady (because from Turkey the cost is PLN 5 / min in my network). The lady replied that she does not know who she will talk to and that she must have my signature, i.e. that I would unlock access to the account, I should come from Turkey to Miechów alone to wave 1 signature (through 1 blockade). I also remind you that a consultant from Krakow said that such things can be arranged over the phone. I have a great request to inform the employees of this institution, I will be very pleased!

Bank service not very nice, my dad and I were arranged by the headquarters. At 10 o'clock, when we entered the bank, the lady told us that she had not made an appointment with us and started to serve another client .. bellows should over-train their employees with an approach to the client.
