I do not recommend a NEW SERVICE in the bank 40 minutes waiting in queue and you support new customers who enter the facility claiming that they are the first. So the question arises why wait in the queue. Just leave and enter and that's how it is the first. HIGH NEGATIVES! !!

Wife wanted to confirm her identity at the bank on the helpline, they assured you that you can do it here and yet you can not do it, nothing in this institution is a good or embarrassment. Such something only discourages and realizes that it is not worth having an account in this bank

I come to the distance once a week due to lack of paratovmat. The 40-minute queue is the minimum with which to meet, despite 3 positions for a month, there is only one and the same woman at the desk, who is also in no hurry! Do something about it because people are bouncing all the time seeing huge lines to one window !!!

Nice and helpful staff, HUGE MINUS BECAUSE OF NO BANKOMAT, but it is not the fault of the Ladies and the Department itself.
