Staff does not spend enough time on the patient, I felt my problem was disregarded and I did not receive enough advice and support.
However, the drug ordered online was put on hold for someone else. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend!
I lost some confidence in this pharmacy. I considered it the cheapest, so far it was. It is true that I did not check the price of the drug myself before buying it, but I bought the drug from the boredom of queuing and the need for it. Later it turned out that the price difference between other pharmacies in Łódź was PLN 20. That's a lot. My mistake. Approach to the attempt to return the product unsuccessful, the manager did not agree. Plus that I was informed about it by phone, but in a drastic way, after an earlier visit.
Yesterday, i.e. on 15.01.2020, before closing, I carried out an electronic prescription. The price:
1) Panzol 0.04 g 30 tablets 100% 19.50 I paid 12.87
2) Egiramlon 5mg + 5 mg 30 capsules
100% 8.38 I paid 4.08
3) Olfen Uno 0.15 g 30 tablets 100% 22.67 I paid 11.34
4) Sirdalud 4 mg 10 tabl. Delfarma
100% 7.50 I paid 7.50
And :
Plusard 0.1 + 0.4 g 60 tablets 7.98 I paid 7.98
Vitamin B compositum 50 tabl.
Polfa W-wa 2.98 I paid 2.98.
Nice service, I came at 19 30, all windows were open, I was 8, despite the late hour I was served with a smile, after me there were also about 8-10 people. End of the day . The ladies working there also have families, Regards
