Paranoia. One cashier is "open" and the lady in the window, instead of dealing with deposits / withdrawals, creates someone's account. Account creation people are advisers, not cash! I understand that someone entering the bank does not know where to go, but it was enough to redirect the client to the advisor and not block the queue for at least 40 minutes, because the client does not understand and you have to explain 10 times! If the CDM would work, it would not ...

Massacre. The cash deposit machine is not open 2/3 days. And on the front door it says that the bank is open from 9 o'clock. After driving to the place at 9 o'clock to make a deposit, it turns out that on the next door there is a card open from 10😡. And the cash deposit machine is still not active.

One star is still too many. Still non-working ATMs. The lines are always long. The facility's opening hours are tragic.

1 is still too high a grade for this facility. One of the main disadvantages of this branch is the fact that there are endless queues, the lack of competent service and not informing the client about all available options. I sincerely advise against people who value their time.
