I was just thinking about my next purchase from this company, namely I bought an electric COBRA 1000W quad bike for my grandson during the holidays, the color of motley, but he liked it. The quad works flawlessly, although it happened that the equipment sometimes did not respond to the throttle. The service technician of this company recommended that I go to the electronics to check the shifter contacts, because only there may be some reason, because all modules are specially tested by their electrician before shipping the quads. as it turned out, the son-in-law, moving the quad, would pull the lever, the matter was small and already fixed. I hope there are more companies that care about the customer, I go to them for a 125cc quad bike. Referring to the last opinion, how will you live through so many years and these hard times as I do, maybe you will see the human effort, and not only your simplicity. Henryk from Masuria.

I have two quad bikes from Moto-Pelikan: Quad YD New Hummer and Apollo Avenger. In both cases, the customer service during and after the purchase was impeccable. The equipment works great, although I use it intensively, it has so far been failure-free. I have positive experiences, I recommend it.

I refrained from giving opinions for a long time because I was counting on you from the store to treat customers seriously, but unfortunately I was wrong. We bought a quad 50 for my son, after two days he came, with a broken chain cover and cracked (plastic) fastenings to the frame, but this is really a small detail, miracles began to happen in the first days of use by the son. Starting with the breaking of the spindle after literally a few strokes, constant battery discharge (no charging), the clutch rubbed off dust on the third day, the charger EXPLOSED immediately after the first connection attempt after 1 second. Now the quad is on the website, which we have arranged ourselves, at our expense, because it turned out that the starter is to be dumped ..... DEFECT !!!!!!!! And one more frame from the rear trunk HAS SPEAKED ALONE when driving on level ground .... SHOCK .... When I tried to withdraw from the contract on time, I got information that if the vehicle was used, it is not refundable ..... Żenada, very unpleasant ... In a word - SELL AND FORGET !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DON'T RECOMMEND AND ADVISE THIS STORE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do not recommend equipment of terrible quality. New quad electric batteries discharged to zero, charger does not work, damaged driver, rims curves and it was necessary to buy new ones, just like the driver. The saddle does not fit, after the phone information that I have to bend the frame it will enter 😂🤣😂. Shock absorbers are a fiction, swing arms are permanently twisted. It drives 15 km / h and not 35. No backward, no manure. Of course, there is a guarantee, but pack the Lord and send the sellers at your cost for PLN 200. Of course, there is no proof of purchase. Next week I will submit a notification to the Tax Office. Allegro's opinions confirm that the owner is rude. Avoid like fire.
