The seal of Siemens refrigerator was cracked, and we apply for warranty within the two-year warranty period! The employee of the media expert did not accept it and let us contact the Bosch company directly. The bosch company think we broke it , and we explained what happened and emphasized that we were using the refrigerator normally. In the end, they still refused it and we paid 350pln for this, and the next day when they replaced the new seal, the seal broke again!

I do not recommend service - I wanted to choose a tablet to buy; with most of the watched there was no problem, but after picking up one of the models in the store an alarm was triggered - the tablet was apparently standing on a damaged stand, moreover, it was clipped with trytics. A service man appeared next to me, resentful several times that tablets cannot be picked up or touched at all (possibly the screen itself). Unfortunately, I did not find out why in this case the equipment stands on stands that allow you to take the tablet in your hand, and not e.g. in a display case. So I understand that it was a suggestion to watch and buy goods somewhere else. Greetings!

With a clear conscience I RECOMMEND the Media Expert store in Grójec. The store has the most affordable prices compared to others. I am currently renovating my apartment and in less than an hour I was advised a complete set of kitchen equipment. I would like to thank Mr. Krzysztof, who, despite my indecision and a million questions, was very patient :) I am very pleased.

I have not seen such rude and unhelpful staff anywhere. Two ladies at the checkout did the grace that they issued an invoice and provided information. Dear media expert, please check who was at the cash desk in your store on 27/11/2020 around 18:30. You don't pay them there, do these people do it for free? You already have a lot of opinions like mine about this store, maybe it is worth considering. I do not recommend this store, I will avoid it.
