Total incompetence. A judge unprepared for the trial, he reads the files only in its course, an application for the appointment of witnesses made a few months before the hearing, but no one even read it and witnesses did not call, so you have to dismiss the next hearing. I get incomplete information for inspection, I am insulted at my attention and the bloated lady at the point of customer service informs me that it is not her business and I must write to the president of the court. Correspondence in the case of disputes confused, I get the information that my appearance is not mandatory, although I know from the files that I must be present, because apart from being a party, I will also be interrogated as a witness. The date of the hearing in the letter is confused, my attorney gets a notification with a different date of the hearing than me. It is impossible to call one, they do not call, the next hearing is canceled, and I, with the patron, make a trip to the court, because no one bothered to call us, that the judge got sick.
