A great approach to the buyer and also full professionalism in machine service

I was in this workshop with a set of wheels that had winter tires that simply worn out in terms of tread. Even so, I didn't feel any signs of underweight on these tires. The tires have been removed from these rims and new dunlop winter sport 5 205 55 R16 tires have been fitted on them. I put the wheels on the car myself one day in November. I will add that original Audi steel wheels fitted according to the brief to my car in terms of ET and hub mounting. I broke the wheels with a torque wrench with 120NM, after a week I checked if they were tightened. Despite this, the wheels from the very beginning began to hit the steering wheel and car kennels. The car with efficient suspension set geometry on summer tires showed no vibrations on the body or steering wheel. I know that sometimes the tires may not fit properly on the rim so I went again to check in the wheels. The gentlemen approached the matter very professionally, removed the wheels and weights from the wheels, then balanced them, mounted them on the car and broke with a torque wrench. After the exchange I went on a journey to Germany (the car did not fall into any hole or hit the curb along the way, as suggested by the owner of the Workshop). Despite this, there was both tremors on the steering wheel and the car body. I began to wonder if this might not be a car suspension fault. However, after 3 weeks of driving around Germany, I went to a German vulcanization workshop. When balancing, the operator operating the balancer informed me of a bad balancing of all wheels. The weights on the wheels were on each wheel about 20cm away from their correct position. After balancing the wheels, the car started to drive properly without any vibrations. For a service in a German workshop, I went to Temcar to return the money for the service. Despite this, the owner of the company did not give me the money for my bill - 34 euros from a German vulcanizer which I paid for the correct re-balancing. The bill presented to the owner of the vulcanization company was dated, the car's registration numbers, a description of the service and a stamp with the signature of the owner of the German vulcanization. Only what I heard from this Lord is sorry and that the wheels were badly mounted on the hub which is complete nonsense because the steel wheels are the same brand as the car selected in terms of parameters from the brief for the car and broken with a torque wrench twice. Wheel runout was on both the steering wheel and the body. I do not recommend and advise against this vulcanization workshop. It seemed to me that if someone sells and maintains vulcanization machines, they can't do it wrong, however. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
