Until last Saturday, I would highly recommend shopping at this store to everyone. On Friday just before closing time, I called asking for a dirty water pump as mine ran out. One of the staff informed me they had the last piece. I asked to put it off until Saturday - no problem. On Saturday at 11:00 am I went to buy it. On my question about the pump, the gentleman from behind the counter said that "there is no". Then I say I called yesterday, I booked blah blah blah. He says he sold. I couldn't believe it, but he with a disarming smile (he was wearing a mask, but he was definitely laughing) said again that he had sold. Neither sorry nor kiss me on the d - he just sold. Dear Salesman, I wish you a situation like this one day. A request for Owners to prohibit employees from promising anything over the phone to customers. It was mega weak.
