Fraudsters and tricksters are an understatement. We wanted to bury the grandmother who died in Germany in her hometown in Poland. On the first call, the company's boss said that the price would be PLN 10,000-12,000, including everything. When we asked if we should do something, arrange some papers, talk to the priest, etc., the answer was always “no, no, you don't have to do anything, we'll take care of everything. We will call you when we need something. Then silence to our next call. Of course, he admits that some of the services we wanted, but having no idea that each item costs extra. Eg Grandma's body clothes. There was no burning, so it's probably obvious that the body is getting dressed. And here, however, no, the cost of this "pleasure" is 800 euros. When arranging a funeral, more circuses are already in Poland. First, it was said that we do not have to go to the priest, that they will arrange everything, and then suddenly, a day before the funeral in the morning, a call was made with the priest, but we still had to go to him. Fortunately, my brother went to Poland earlier and was there. Two days before the funeral, we received information about the costs, it was over 2 times more than was said at the beginning. Two days earlier!!!!!!! They put people up against the wall and know that in such a situation everyone will pay. Each item is listed on the bills, some extras they added themselves without prior consultation with us, e.g. an oak coffin. The only positive thing I can say and the only thing that deserves this one star are the gentlemen of the staff serving the funeral itself. They were very kind and understanding to us, they treated us with respect and delicacy. Although we mentioned that we need to review the bills before we give the money. I have no idea where the positive feedback on their profile comes from. I do not recommend, I even warn you, stay away from them!

I warn you against this company. They should be in the circus business, not funerals. Matchmakers, tricksters, unscrupulous, heartless. How can people be used after the loss of a loved one? I hope there will be someone who has enough mental strength to bring them to court.

CHEAMERS AND SO MUCH, the company preys on someone else's misfortune, trying in all possible ways to extort money from the families of the deceased. In my case, it was difficult to release the body and to require some absurd documents, which were not needed by anyone. The company forced the funeral home collecting the body to dress up in Covid clothes, even though the deceased did not have Covid, which was confirmed twice by the test. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ;)

Watch out for this company. They hide the real price for as long as possible. They say that they arrange everything, they state the minimum price, also on the contract, and then every small thing is added to it.
