Completely unprofessional approach to sales. I wonder if the vogule or this shop is functioning or if it's just a facade but in turn. My order in the system mysteriously "disappeared" but when I called it, it turned out that the order was "found" in the basket. I would like to add that unconfirmed orders should be deleted along with personal data (GDPR) - when asked whether to provide my data, you stated that you have everything. Then, for 4 days, further calls are made to try to confirm that the bike will be sent. Each time the information that so tomorrow will only be sent to a friend will confirm. The shop is inimical, unprofessional. I strongly advise against!

I ordered a bike almost a month ago, so far I haven't seen it and probably won't see it. After two weeks of waiting, I called and asked how long should I wait for the shipment, you said that there was no such order in the system at all, which was probably a lie, because it was written on the website that the order was waiting for implementation. I was assured that the bike would be shipped within a few days. Another week of waiting and nothing. No reply to text messages and messages on fb. After calling and asking about the bike, you said that "my friend will check and call you back". Of course, no one called anymore and no one answers my calls either. An embarrassing company and serious people. I do not greet

Zenizing customer service, I received a bike without a saddle and pedals. I was talked about trying to lure and lie !!!! I do not recommend!!! Please avoid the wide gap !!!!
