They hide the costs of the loans. They press insurance on the equipment you want to take in installments. Be careful and read the contracts !!!!!
They sold this store a broken phone for nothing and now they don't want to do anything with it
After a long search in many places where I could buy a mobile phone (previously selected model / color, etc.) ... I went to the store knowing that I would probably not get what I wanted, because in many warehouses there was a void due to pandemics and closed borders. And I was not sufficiently informed about the independent purchase via the website, i.e. purchase through installments, required documents, etc.
The service gentleman, after my first question, with a good attitude towards me, started to work and check the availability of the product, and lent me the necessary help to get exactly what I wanted from the beginning. He also advised which protective films / glasses to use, and recommended the insurance of the device, which is a plus. I did not feel disregarded by the seller, nor did I experience the phenomenon of "forcing everything".
I have been buying various equipment here for years, I have never been disappointed. The team is very contact, cares about the customer. As a shop, they have very good prices and jeski is a must if there is an option. In addition, they have a very attractive discount policy for regular customers. I recommend this store to everyone.
