Despite my scheduled inspection 2 weeks in advance, I was informed that they were unable to do so. I can leave the bike for a week and maybe the inspection will be done.
Very not polite service, complaints not accepted with appropriate justification. I do not recommend this store.
the service technician disregards customers. Acts like grace is doing that works. He is rude and mean. Earlier employees treated clients differently. Something is broken. it is worth considering when selecting the staff.
It's worth going, but you need to know what's wrong about a bike or service that you want to finish off, because you like to pull. In general, the service is quite fine in itself
Poor customer service. They didn't want to fix my bike. Tragedy!!!
