A nice and nice trainer who explains thoroughly and helps how to do the exercises. The gym is clean, well-kept and equipped with exercise equipment. You can visit Ms. Asia on diet. Apart from training, Mr. Mariusz performs massages.
Hard work pays off. Super customer treatment. If someone wants to start working on themselves and their body, this is where they will receive comprehensive advice and support.

Great workouts - interesting, demanding, giving mega effects. You will find everything here - dietary support, private and group workouts, help in case of injury. Whenever I have a question or doubt about the above mentioned issues, I can count on their help. When I need a whip to not let go - also :-). For me they are invaluable. I recommend with all my heart.
