A good place for shopping, friendly and professional customer service as well as professional advice on the selection of equipment or a specific product. I am satisfied with the option of buying in half and half in installments
The worst electromarket in Radom. The service probably works there as a penalty. Rude and self-righteous. Waste of time. There are other cool places in our city.
On 09/07/2020 I was buying a TV set in the Media Expert store on Mirecki. Support for the store employee below zero. Rude gentleman, doing the grace to serve the customer at all, a smart guy laughing at the mentality of Poles. First of all, the employee refused to unpack the TV set before the purchase, in order to check the matrix damage (which is his responsibility), what is more, he stated that it is an additional paid service. Shame! After a short conversation with the Lord, making him aware of the rights of the consumer, with great grace, as I found out later, the TV set was unpacked incorrectly! He also did not provide information on how to properly transport the TV, or any other information about it. One great mascara! I am surprised that such a man serves people, if you don't like the job, you may need to change it. Compared to other Media Expert stores, this one is a complete failure. I advise against everyone.
