Unfortunately due to the hopeless customer service I cannot give more stars. The bike was to be made within a week, after no information was provided. I called myself, unfortunately the bike was not moved yet - I was in no hurry, I said that there was no problem and agreed that in the next 5 days the bike would be made. After 5 days, no contact again. This time I couldn't even make a call. I went to the service personally and was disappointed again, the bike did not move. I got a promise that the bike would be made the next day and I would get information by phone. The phone was silent. After 2 days I went in person again and luckily it made it! Come on, the bike with me was removed from the service stand, and it was supposed to be ready the day before. As for the valuation of the service, I do not comment, I do not know the market prices. Cost 250 PLN + cost of materials / parts used - 360 PLN in total (wheel centering, replacement of 3 cables and armor, replacement of front brake pads, adjustment of brakes and gears), the bicycle was in a very average condition, so some work, e.g. with wheel centering was. I am quite happy with the service, the front brake after replacing the pads brakes even worse than before their replacement. And after a full service, I would expect a slight cleaning of the drive - but it was just as dirty as before the service. Low rating mainly due to the duration of the service (2 weeks) and the lack of any contact. If I got a call once or twice with the information that the service time would be extended and the bike could be made later than the agreed date, the feeling would be completely different. This is what it is.

I have been servicing all my bikes here for several years, good experts only sometimes long waiting times, but this is the fault of unavailable parts at the distributor. I highly recommend this service, in my opinion, the best in Radom, it would be nice if they also specialize in the full suspension service, because unfortunately there is no one in Radom who could carry out such a service and you have to send the suspension specifically to Warsaw, Wrocław or Silesia.

I recommend this store and service. Each time I come, the service provider will advise and help with the solution of faults affecting the bike, not necessarily making money at my expense, which is quite important. I've also done some repairs and quality is fine. A shop run with passion.

I highly recommend the friendly and fast service. It was not the first time that they helped with the problem. As for me, the best bicycle service in Radom!
