Today at 10.55 I was served by Mrs. K S ... h at a liquor stand where I sent a lotto coupon. I had PLN 100 to pay PLN 12.50 she told me that there were no change I said that I did not have and I cannot pay with the card . She was very unkind and replied that there was a regulation that I should have change, I have been asking since I had not heard. The rest for me was in the cash register. Ms KS is very unkind and unfriendly.
