Staff experienced and helpful.Had a relaxing massage and other body treatment!Clean surroundings,good ambience,prices for Łagów,considering that it is a tiny village,bit over the top.

Thank you very much for a great reception, excellent service, delicious cuisine .. tolerance and understanding for the increased volume of sound by our group. We promised an improvement, and we will keep our word on our next visit. Our thanks go especially to Mrs. Ewa and Mr. Łukasz. Full professionalism and a wonderful atmosphere. In Łagów, apart from the castle, a visit to this magical place is a must. We would even give you a six for a service and a meal. Mr. Łukasz explains the menu in a typical Italian style. Look for such venison and mushroom soup with a candle. Ewa's smile soothes and encourages you to visit again. You don't want to go out and leave this wonderful place. I really highly recommend it, the people who work there are really amazing. I personally felt at home. Peeetard treatments. I am grateful for the gift my beloved wife made to me by taking me there. Let me repeat .... I highly and heartily recommend 💪👌🤙

Calling the reception, I heard the price for a room with a beautiful view of the lake and the castle (a little water and a little castle - as it turned out, because the hotel is not located on the so-called seafront). The next day, wanting to confirm the reservation, the price was already higher, only after I showed my surprise with the sudden price increase overnight, the old price returned. Just when I was there, the guests were people who did not keep silence at night and were having libations at night. Other guests drew their attention and the staff did nothing about it. I do not recommend it for mediocrity ... and high prices. This place has potential, but it's not yet. As for the SPA itself, I do not comment because I did not use it.
