The palace complex in Pomorskie (German: Pommerzig) was established near the church in the southern part of the village. There is a courtyard in front of the main building. The remaining buildings, formerly constituting the compositional closure of the entire complex from the west, are now separated from the palace by a modern fence. Today, the palace itself houses a school and a public library. Most likely, the first manor house in Pomorskie was built at the time when the local property was ruled by the von Schmettow family, after 1726. This dating is supported by the preserved iconography - one of the postcards clearly shows the late Baroque portal of the southern wing, as well as relics of older walls in the present building. The palace obtained its present appearance in 1870. Another reconstruction at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries did not significantly affect the architecture of the building.
