I've been using their service for years due to lack of other options . I always have to account for them A) Arriving at random times B) Not arriving at all and thus being late to classes C) Not arriving or picking me up after classes, therefore waiting for an additional half an hour or hour daily home D) Their travel plan online not being accurate (I missed an exam due to a bus never arriving at a time specified online) One good thing is how this company unifies people. Everyone on the bus stops have a common talking point about the bus not taking them. The drivers themselves aren't always to blame, as this seems more like a corporate issues. Either way please get better,
