The lady scared me very quickly as I said that I was only planning to buy an apartment. I did not learn anything and since we are just buying the first apartment, I did not know what it looks like and I wanted to prepare. The lady just asked me about my and my husband's earnings and as I said that my contract ends in 2 months and then I will get a permanent contract. The lady got up and said that I invite you as soon as I have a permanent contract. In the agency of Kościuszko (after the santander) I learned more than from this Lady. And the fact that the price is very nice there, and we do not have to wait for my next contract, because a promise from the boss is enough, we are already starting to act. Also in 2 months there will be no need for me to come to you :)

Tragic and denying trust service. One ticket office is open, because the rest of employees must drink coffee, count money and take care of non-essential things

Always huge queues to cash registers, and sometimes there is only one cashier. Ladies sit next to drinking a cup of coffee and nobody thinks about customers. It's time to change the bank

Massacre service. Big queues to cash registers. One ticket is active, and the ladies drink coffee at the top. See that it is badly managed by the director. For employees, a samowolka .. to stand in the queue for 50 minutes is some exaggeration. The bank does not inspire confidence. Dirty in the bank.
