A small facility. Service? - not too nice ... for one person .... Many elderly pensioners stand in line every day to pay the rtv subscription. A big waste of time thanks to seniors who want to queue like in communism ...

I sat for 30 minutes to a position with loans where one lady sat at the computer and did not even ask me for the checkout where after 20 minutes of waiting a client came in and immediately served her. When it was my turn, it turned out that I was waiting for nothing because it was not a position. Nothing is described where you have to go. I also do not recommend it

Staff very unpleasant, the lady in the bank instead of explaining everything in turn found that I am "so big, and so clumsy." Probably a bad person in the wrong place.
