The landline does not work, there is no way to get through, of course the staff know it but do not do anything about it. Instead of two people there is only one lady which is associated with a long wait. I do not recommend

I do not recommend, no desire for any help, they sit there as a punishment, I recommend to train or exchange you with customer service.

I do not recommend!!!! An hour of waiting for wasted when replacing the decoder !!!! It turns out that the exchange was possible at another point !!! He sits two idiots and they are neither able to advise nor help in anything !!! I recommend changing the crew, maybe more people will come to you for some offer. Replacing the SIM card is almost a miracle. I suspect that a drunk homeless man would serve his client faster and better than the above-mentioned employees. I strongly advise against everyone !!! Even enemies
