I assess OSiRu gyms very well, the only one in Suwałki that is real, prepared for lifting weights, not fitness hipsters :). They even have lockers in the cloakrooms :)
Nobody screams when you throw weight, because the positions are prepared for it.
The price for entry is ridiculous. You won't find cheaper and better in this city.
Overall, it's not too clean meisjce because in the pool not once a slice can be found. Rescuers are probably there for the decoration because they drink a cup of coffee instead of focusing. The rest of the service is okay, if someone has low resources and low standards, I think that suits him.
Swimming pool ok. I was in the morning there was nobody. Cabinets, showers, changing rooms, sanitary facilities, cloakroom, hair dryers. Everything is. Price PLN 6 for entry, you can swim at will for 45 minutes. I didn't find broken tiles, I tried to be careful. There is really nothing to fault, go and use. A very good facility.
It may not be a very modern place, but I rate it very well because it is always clean. I go to the gym like a swimming pool. Renovated gym room and changing rooms for the pool. I recommend because of the price and the atmosphere.
