Contact with the main office of TUW by the hotline is not very specific. After reporting the damage, there is no chance of getting information on the stage of the proceedings, or the insurer has already received all the necessary documents. I did not receive any confirmation to the e-mail address after the telephone call. A triple request for contact from the TUW regarding the liquidation of the damage went to the trash can, because despite the assurances of the consultant accepting this request - no one called or wrote. Writing a short - very low quality of service for the company's headquarters.
