I would like to say that I have mixed feelings about this company. The gentlemen's drivers asked if they could take cigarettes and alcohol for each passenger, we agreed because I decided that this could not make my trip anyway worse. I was wrong, gentlemen, they were doing an hour shopping break, which was quite annoying, later in Germany the bus broke down and the conversations between the drivers I assume that he was already quite gone and we had to wait for someone to take us from Germany. There, too, the men shifted their goods, so it went down a bit and at the end we left the ferry in Dover. And again the same hour of waiting because the gentlemen are busy exchanging goods with each other. The ticket cost me 700 PLN and I felt as if their goods were more important than passengers. Rather, I will not use this carrier anymore, except to send a package. I would also like to add that sending animals on such an unattended trip is terribly irresponsible, it is a pity that in 21 thinking people in Poland when it comes to animals is at the level of the Middle Ages.

I do not recommend this company! Even the day before the agreed departure, in addition confirmed by email, it turns out that you will not take the passenger. In our case, we learned about it completely by accident! I tried to contact the carrier and explain the situation, but no one deigned to answer the phone, after a dozen or so calls, the lady answered, who said "I will consult it quickly with the boss" of course there was no consultation, stubbornly no one answered the phone. It turned out that it was a mistake of an employee of this company who accepted and confirmed the report. I haven't received any explanations from this carrier until today. The lady who was supposed to go with them had to be on time. The company of these countries put me not only in an undue situation, because everything happened late in the evening, it is still in a very difficult strategic situation, not to mention the costs and consequences of such unprofessional behavior. Dear Sirs, if you are looking for a reliable carrier who keeps his word, fulfills his obligations, you will certainly not find it here in this company. I sincerely advise against and advise you to be careful. Definitely my blacklist, since yesterday I have been skipping this company wide. Too much risk, zero professionalism, hiding my head in the sand, so that I would describe my personal experience with this company.
