Standard post office madness. 30 people in queue, 1-2 counters available, other 7 completely unoccupied.
Tragedy really !! I tried to get through for over 2.5 hours - to no avail. I went to the facility - a line of 10 people - one window was open. I ask the Lady (outside the queue) - can I pick up the package, I don't have a delivery notice? - of course he replies. I did my own thing (about 40 minutes). I am asking for a package - and the Lady in the window: how do you know that the package is there? I say I have a tracking number and it is in the facility. And no, no - if there is no notification, it will not be issued. The postman will deliver on Monday (it's Saturday). I explain that I will be gone on Monday - and this will leave an advice note and I will be able to pick it up. How to understand it? 21st century, the package is there, but I can't pick up.
FOR YOUNG PEOPLE: if you do not know what the commune was like - come to this institution. This is how you worked 30 years ago - nothing has changed. Attachment!
