Friends sold a house from PBN Suwałki a few years ago. They recommended these gentlemen to sell their apartment in Osiedle II. Podlaskie Real Estate Agency conducts matters with commitment from the beginning to the end (from showing the plot to settling all formalities, including the notary). You can count on their help in every situation, they do not leave the client with a problem, they help in every possible way, they do even more than they have to. Very nice contact. Even advising on matters not related to the transaction itself. If someone cares about a fast and well-conducted transaction, this office will definitely meet the expectations. I live permanently in the Netherlands and I didn't know how to deal with selling the habitat after my parents. The more so because it has been uninhabited for several years. The office in turn explained what take steps to sell the property. I sent them the keys to Suwałki and they took care of everything smoothly. I only showed up at the notary's on the deed of sale.
