Should be renamed to KFO because I think we consumed more frying oil than actual chicken. Which was disappointingly bland. Also meals looked nothing like their preview pictures. Service is good though, ordering was easy with the self-service machine and our meals were done in a minute.

we ordered food at self-ordering station but it gave my card back. Card was ok. But something didn't work. personnel could not help me. I understood that communication with a personnel in English will be more complicated and so... we went away Hungry ☹
