It's small and toilets are free and clean - it can be difficult as a foreigner as to where to buy ticket and which spot to take your bus from.
The gentleman who graciously picked us up from the wigry (13.08) at 5 p.m. He was over 20 minutes late, he kindly took the passengers, including the dog for whom he charged a normal ticket where he should take half the price of a normal ticket, was so cheeky and rude in the statement that he was not at all he has to take people because it's up to him who he takes. In addition to the pregnant woman, he justified complaints about him that it was not his fault that there was an accident and that the TIR was derailed, and other matters why he was late. Something else growled under his breath as he sat down.

I am appalled by the lack of connection Suwałki - Węgorzewo, Węgorzewo - Suwałki. Are Węgorzewo, Kowale Oleckie the Third World? I am asking the Management for an analysis of this route and reactions. Thank you
