Wow. I was so impressed by this undiscovered gem 💎 hidden near Suwałki. All you need for water skiing is here. Only suggestion for the water skiing facility coordinator is to first make sure that people are properly briefed before they are allowed to try water skiing for the 1st time. Had I not asked one of the instructors to show my 10 year old the basics of water skiing safety she would have gone without it. Also this place needs more skies, life jackets and other rental equipment. I wasn't able to rent an adult equipment since it wasn't available. But their zip lining and obstacle course was really great. My daughter was thrilled to finish both blue and red track. A pleasant young man who helped out with harness and the course was great. Overall I'd like to return to Szelment and see if few things are going to be improved and finally try the water skiing after a proper safety and intro.

Great and peaceful place. Rooms are ok. Could be a little bit more cleaner. You have minigolf and some other small attractions. Located next to the lake where You can do 🪁 and borrow kayaks.

Terrible service! There was only 1 slope open when we arrived at the opening time and bought an all day pass. We were told by one of the workers that other slopes won't be opened today.. The queue at the lift started building up rapidly, it was clear it's going to be a torture spending all day at this one slope with million people. We went to the cash desks and asked to change our pass to 4-hour one, we have spent an hour waiting for them to figure out what to do. After that we were given an offer that didn't make sense as actualy it was just an exchange of all day pass to 4-hour one with no refund... The younger cashier was simply rude.. There was no information provided and we made a mistake not asking about slopes when buying the passes, but it was common sense, there would be more slopes open with normal amount of snow and good enough temperature. Having 1 slope open with this amount of snow and this weather is bad already, but treating customers this way is a disaster! And here's the best part, after all we stayed until the close. And right after the slope was closed we weren't able to return our cards and get our deposit back as the cash desks were closed! Fantastic... Not coming back again...
